- FULL PAYMENT to the Conference Secretariat of HKSSH 2026 must be received in order to confirm your registration. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the Conference Secretariat at event@hkssh2026.org.
- Please note that registrations without payment will not be accepted.
- By participating at HKSSH 2026, you grant the organizer the right to use your personal data for the purposes of processing the registration and handling relevant matters relating to the HKSSH 2026. The personal data may be provided to authorized parties involving personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, sponsors and the service providers.
- The ticket of congress dinner is not included.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- If, for any reason, the Organizer, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the Organizer venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer may cancel or postpone the Conference. In such event, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organizer arising there from.
- No cancellation is accepted once your registration is confirmed.
- No refunds will be made for no show at the conference.
